WE GOT TWO KITTIES!!!!!!!

They are adorable and we love them.  Their names are Rin (little black spazcat) and Neko (bobtail bruiser).  They are the total awesome.

Tomorrow morning we are putting Loki to sleep.  The cancer has just gotten too much of him and he's not doing well.  He was the best little rat ever, so sweet and happy.  I love him so much!  I was thinking today about how he would lick my legs right after I got out of the shower, apparently shower gel scent is quite tasty.  And then he would pee on my foot, cuz I didn't smell right.  Good times. 

So I made some mac and cheese tonight, and Jeremy left some uneaten in his bowl on his desk.  After we ate, we let Loki run around.  He jumped up on Jeremy's lap as usual, and sniffed around to see if any food was to be snatched...and KAPOW! JACKPOT!  He found the bowl of leftover mac and cheese, and faceplanted.  Jeremy tried to pull him away but he clung to the bowl for dear life and NOM NOM NOM ate as much as he could.  So we just let him eat, since he's dying and all, and he hasn't been eating much so this is good for him.  And he was eating so furiously, he would grabbed handfuls of noodles and stuff them into his little rat mouth, and chew, and before he could swallow what he had chewed he'd stuff more in, so the chewed food would fall out, and then he just shoved his face into it and Jeremy thought he was going to drown in delicious cheese sauce.
